It can be that your mail provider block the mails or an incorrect e-mail was entered.

  1. If your mail provider block the mails so contact us. Send a E Mail to “[email protected]” Enter your username in the subject line. In order to verify you as the sender use only the e-mail adress you used during registration.
  2. If an incorrect e-mail adress was entered we can not help you. You need to create a new account.
